NORTH ADAMS -- The following cases were heard in Northern Berkshire District Court on Tuesday:
* Robert M. Harrison, 49, of Ashland Street in North Adams, was arraigned on charges of fourth-offense operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor (OUI), no inspection sticker, disorderly conduct, failure to stop for police and negligent operation of a motor vehicle. A pretrial hearing has been scheduled for Feb. 20.
* Christopher A. Peters, 29, of Furnace Street in North Adams, admitted to sufficient facts and was found guilty on charges of destruction of property over $250 and larceny under $250. Peters was sentenced to three months in a house of correction and ordered to pay $500 in restitution.
* Corey B. McGrath, 38, of Stafford Hill Road in Cheshire, was arraigned on charges of second-offense operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor, a marked-lanes violation and failure to signal. A pretrial hearing has been scheduled for Feb. 15.
* Jacob J. Ziter, 19, of Main Road in Savoy, was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and possession of liquor by a person under 21. A pretrial hearing has been scheduled for March 5.
