NORTH ADAMS - The following cases were heard in Northern Berkshire District Court on Monday:
Robert M. Cooney, 50, of Leonard Street in Adams, was arraigned on a charge of assault and battery. A pretrial hearing has been scheduled for April 2.
Grace Murray, 22, of North Street in Williamstown, was arraigned on a charge of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor and operating a motor vehicle under the influence of drugs. A pretrial hearing has been scheduled for March 27.
Mindy Shoestock, 30, of Summer Street in Adams, was arraigned on charges of motor vehicle bylaw violation, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and operating an uninsured motor vehicle. A pretrial hearing has been scheduled for June 21.
Misael Saez, 44, of Mohawk Forest Boulevard in North Adams, was arraigned on a charge of violating an abuse-prevention order. A pretrial hearing has been scheduled for April 2.
Kayline Upton, 19, of Gallup Street in North Adams, was arraigned on charges of assault and battery and breaking and entering a building at night for a felony. A pretrial hearing has been scheduled for April 16.
Gary M. Cooper, 55, of Bachland Avenue in Williamstown, was arraigned on a charge of breaking and entering for a misdemeanor. A pretrial hearing has been scheduled for April 2.
Keith S. Larabee, 17, of Chase Avenue in North Adams, was arraigned on charges of disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, malicious destruction
Craig J. Pratt, 41, of Liberty Street in North Adams was arraigned on charges of assault and battery on someone over 60/disabled with an injury, assault and battery and destruction of property. A pretrial hearing has been scheduled for March 1.
A warrant was issued for the following person:
Gregory P. Beliveau, 29, of Dover Street in North Adams, on charges of a lights violation, no inspection sticker and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license.
