Pvt. Brandon Czarnecki, 19, son of Wendy and Brad Czarnecki of North Adams, graduated from U.S. Marine Corps boot camp at Marine Corps Recruit Depot at Parris Island on Jan. 18.
Czarnecki successfully completed 13 weeks of intensive basic training at MCRD Parris Island as one of 76 recruits in Training Platoon Delta Co. 1002.
Following 10 days home on leave, he will report to Camp LeJeune for one month at Military Combat Training, then Military Occupation Specialty School.
