Brittany Howe of North Adams and Samantha Rydell of Williamstown have been named to the dean's list for the fall semester of 2012, at Nichols College in Dudley.
The dean's list gives recognition to those students who achieve high grades during a single semester. In order to be included in the dean's list, a student must maintain a minimum grade point average of 3.2 for at least 12 credit-hours and receive no grade below a C-plus during the semester.

Amanda Larabee from Clarksburg, majoring in Multidisciplinary Studies, was named to the Castleton (Vt.) State College dean's list for fall 2012 semester.
To qualify for this highest academic honor, the student must maintain full-time status and a semester grade point average of 3.5.
