NORTH ADAMS -- The following cases were heard in Northern Berkshire District Court on Tuesday:
* David J. Rosander, 30, of Hoosac Street in North Adams, was arraigned on charges of trafficking in cocaine, possession of a firearm in commission of a felony, possession of a Class D drug, improper storage of a firearm, assault and battery and two counts possession of a firearm without a Firearms Identification card. A bindover hearing has been scheduled for March 13.
* Ronni C. Hart, 31, of Barbour Street in North Adams, admitted to sufficient facts and was found guilty on a charge of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor and responsible on a charge of failure to stop/yield. Hart was fined $600 and given a 45-day loss of license and probation until Feb. 11, 2014.
* Kenneth A. Shade, 42, of School Street in Cheshire, was arraigned on charges of negligent operation of a motor vehicle, second-offense operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor, failure to stop for police and driving the wrong way on a state highway. A pretrial hearing has been scheduled for April 5.
A warrant was issued for the following person:
* Lloyd Vanderburgh Jr., 26, of McArthur Street in Pittsfield, on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration
