NORTH ADAMS -- The following cases were heard in Northern Berkshire District Court on Monday:

Michelle M. Laston, 42, of Commercial Street in Adams, was arraigned on a charge of assault and battery. A pretrial hearing has been scheduled for March 25.

Dominic J. Boschetti, 21, of Pine Street in Pittsfield, was arraigned on a charge of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor and a marked-lanes violation. A pretrial hearing has been scheduled for April 3.

Erik N. Brassard, 38, of Victory Street in Adams, admitted to sufficient facts on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration and operating an uninsured motor vehicle. Brassard was fined $50 and the case was continued without a finding until March 25.

Cindy L. Sumner, 34, of Ashland Street in North Adams, was arraigned on a charge of disturbing the peace. A pretrial hearing has been scheduled for March 5.
A warrant was issued for the following person:

Renee M. Singh, 45, of Fern Street in Pittsfield, on a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license.
