NORTH ADAMS -- The following cases were heard in Northern Berkshire District Court on Tuesday:

* Jessey L. Deitner, 56, of Liberty Street in North Adams, was arraigned on a charge of violating an abuse-prevention order. A pretrial hearing has been scheduled for March 20.

* Katrina Maynard, 23, of Houghton Street in North Adams, was arraigned on charges of failure to wear a seat belt, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and speeding in violation of a special regulation. A pretrial hearing has been scheduled for March 5.

* Shane A. Coe, 28, of Commercial Street in Adams, admitted to sufficient facts and was found guilty on a charge of disturbing the peace. Coe was fined $100.

A warrant was issued for the following person:

* Eric T. Carlson, 43, of Curtain Street in Pittsfield, on charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and speeding.
