Nothern Berkshire District Court

NORTH ADAMS -- The following cases were heard in Northern Berkshire District Court on Wednesday:

* Joseph J. Senecal, 32, of North Street in Cheshire, admitted to sufficient facts and was found guilty on a charge of failure to stop and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license. Senecal was fined $675.

* William F. McLear, 36, of Turners Avenue in Adams, was arraigned on charges of subsequent offense operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and no inspection sticker. McLear was fined $335.

A warrant was issued for the following person:

* Karen M. Duverney, 29, of Chase Avenue in North Adams, on a charge of negligent operation of a motor vehicle.
