NORTH ADAMS -- The following cases were heard in Northern Berkshire District Court on Friday:

*April M. Rogers, 36, of Beaver Street in North Adams, admitted to sufficient facts and was found guilty on charges of second-offense operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor (OUI) and child endangerment while OUI. Rogers was fined $950 and ordered to attend a 14-day alcohol treatment program.

*Stephanie Arce, 30, of Copley Drive in Pittsfield, was arraigned on a charge of violating an abuse-prevention order. A pretrial hearing has been scheduled for April 8.

*David A. Floriani, 36, of South Church Street in North Adams, admitted to sufficient facts and was found guilty on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license. Floriani was placed on probation until June 2, 2014.

*Thomas J. Meczywor, 22, of Cedar Lane in Adams, was arraigned on charges of failure to stop for police, reckless operation of a motor vehicle and speeding. A pretrial hearing was scheduled for March 15.

*Gordon A. Lear III, 33, of State Street in North Adams, admitted to sufficient facts and was found guilty on charges of possessing a Class A drug (heroin) with intent to distribute and conspiracy to violate the drug law. Lear was sentenced to two

years in Berkshire House of Corrections.

*Joseph F. McNeice, 51, of Richview Avenue in North Adams, was arraigned on charges of fifth-offense operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor (OUI), operating a motor vehicle with a license revoked as a habitual traffic offender, operating a motor vehicle with a license suspended for OUI, possessing a Class B drug and possessing an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle. McNeice will be held without the right to bail. A pretrial hearing has been scheduled for March 8.

Warrants were issued for the following people:

*Aubrey L. Kolis, 24, of Lyman Street in North Adams, for failure to pay court ordered monies.

*Justin P. Bryant, 18, of Cross Road in Florida, for violating parole.
