NORTH ADAMS -- The following cases were heard in Northern Berkshire District Court on Tuesday:
* Keith Maynard, 50, of Brayton Hill Terrace in North Adams, admitted to sufficient facts on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration and operating an uninsured motor vehicle, and was found responsible on a charge of violating a motor vehicle bylaw. Maynard was fined $120 and the case was continued without a finding until Aug. 30, 2013.
* Lakarra M. Williams, 22, of Brayton Hill Terrace in North Adams, was arraigned on two counts forgery of a check and two counts uttering a false check. A pretrial hearing has been scheduled for April 17.
* Raymond J. Moylan, 23, of Mohawk Forest Boulevard in North Adams, was arraigned on charges of assault and battery and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon. A pretrial hearing has been scheduled for April 9.
A warrant was issued for the following person:
* Matthew S. Coe, 24, of Pollock Avenue in Pittsfield, on charges of shoplifting by concealed merchandise, furnishing a false name/security number after being arrested and shoplifting over $100 by concealed merchandise.
