NORTH ADAMS -- The following cases were heard in Northern Berkshire District Court on Friday:

Misael Saez, 44, of Mohawk Forest Boulevard in North Adams, admitted to sufficient facts and was found guilty on a charge of violating an abuse-prevention order.
Saez was sentenced to 90 days in a house of correction with 33 days credit, fined $75 and given probation until March 7, 2014.

Lois M. Aubin, 43, of Richview Avenue in North Adams, admitted to sufficient facts on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration and operating an uninsured motor vehicle.
Aubin was fined $50 and the case was continued without a finding until April 5.
Warrants were issued for the following people:

Virginia L. Rowett, 54, of Columbia Street in Adams, on charges of an inspection sticker violation, operating a motor vehicle in violation of license class and larceny by check over $250.

Patricia E. Higgs, 43, of Bellevue Avenue in Adams on a charge of third offense shoplifting by asportation.
*
Michael H. Brazee, 23, of Grove Street in Adams, on charges of assault and battery, witness intimidation and malicious destruction of property over $250.
