NORTH ADAMS -- The following cases were heard in Northern Berkshire District Court on Tuesday:
* Marshall A. Taylor, 60, of Howland Avenue in Adams, admitted to sufficient facts on a charge of violating an abuse-prevention order. Taylor was fined $250 and the case was continued without a finding until June 12.
* Cyril S. Kenney, 53, of Brayton Hill Terrace in North Adams, admitted to sufficient facts on a charge of assault and battery. Kenney was fined $100 and the case was continued without a finding until Oct. 28.
* Jake Mcinnis, 23, of Barbour Street in North Adams, admitted to sufficient facts on a charge of violating an abuse-prevention order. Mcinnis was fined $50 and the case was continued without a finding until Dec. 6.
* Carl D. Moon Jr., 53, of Cape Street in Lee, was arraigned on charges of larceny over $250 and witness intimidation. A pretrial hearing has been scheduled for April 23.
* Tony Cruz, 40, of Second Avenue in Pittsfield, was found responsible on charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and an inspection-sticker violation. Cruz was fined $200.

NORTH ADAMS -- The following cases were heard in Northern Berkshire District Court on Wednesday:
* Harrison O. Spence, 25, of Herman Avenue in North Adams, admitted to sufficient facts on a charge of violating a harassment-prevention order. Spence was fined $250 and the case was continued without a finding until March 27.
* Joseph F. McNeice, 51, of Richview Avenue in North Adams, admitted to sufficient facts and was found guilty on charges of fourth-offense operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor (OUI), operating a motor vehicle with license revoked as a habitual traffic offender, operating a motor vehicle with license suspended for OUI, and responsible on a charge of possessing an open container of alcohol inside a motor vehicle. McNeice was sentenced to two years in a house of correction with 14 days credit.
* Matthew J. Main, 23, of West Street in Adams, admitted to sufficient facts on a charge of breaking and entering a building at night for a felony. Main was ordered to pay $915 in restitution, fined $90 and the case was continued without a finding until Sept. 13.
* Alison M. Pike-Devio, 25, of Crossey Place in North Adams, was arraigned on a charge of larceny over $250. A pretrial hearing has been scheduled for April 26.
* Christopher R. McKeon, 25, of Godek Street in Adams, was arraigned on charges of violating an abuse-prevention order and threatening to commit a crime. A pretrial hearing has been scheduled for April 22.
* Angie LeSage, 38, of North Hoosac Road in Williamstown, was arraigned on a charge of assault and battery. A pretrial hearing has been scheduled for April 23.
Warrants were issued for the following people:
* Gregory J. Kochanski, 31, of Enterprise Street in Adams, on a charge of refusing to provide a DNA database sample.
* Katie L. Carmain, 26, of Willow Dell in North Adams, on charges of no inspection sticker and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

NORTH ADAMS -- The following cases were heard in Northern Berkshire District Court on Friday:
* Laurie A. Morin, 44, of Brown Street in Adams, admitted to sufficient facts and was found guilty on charges of assault and battery, witness intimidation and larceny over $250. Morin was sentenced to one year in a house of correction with 26 days credit.
* William R. Valotta, 22, of Mohawk Forest Boulevard in North Adams, admitted to sufficient facts on a charge of malicious destruction of property under $250. Valotta was fined $50 and the case was continued without a finding until May 14.
* James M. Belanger, 39, of Union Street in North Adams, admitted to sufficient facts on a charge sending annoying telephone calls or electronic communications. Belanger was fined $50 and the case was continued without a finding until April 12.
* Maxwell Williamson Jr., 63, of Summer Street in Adams, admitted to sufficient facts and was found guilty on a charge of conspiracy to violation drug laws. Williamson was fined $50 and given probation until March 13, 2015.
* Scott J. Clish, 37, of Arnold Court in Cheshire, was arraigned on a charge of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor. A pretrial hearing has been scheduled for April 29.
* Thomas J. Meczywor, 22, of Cedar Lane in Adams, admitted to sufficient facts on a charge of reckless operation of a motor vehicle. Meczywor was fined $50 and the case was continued without a finding.
* Eileen V. Collin, 48, of East Main Street in North Adams, admitted to sufficient facts and was found guilty on two counts third-offense shoplifting by asportation. Collin was sentenced to 30 days in a house of correction.
* Brooklyne R. Schneider, 18, of Furnace Street in North Adams, admitted to sufficient facts on a charge of assault and battery. Schneider was fined $50 and the case was continued without a finding.
