NORTH ADAMS -- The rescheduled lecture by Professor Janell Hobson of the University at Albany, SUNY will be at MCLA, at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, March 26. Professor Hobson will speak on the topic "Body as Evidence: Raced and Erased Subjects in Digital Media."

The lecture, which is free and open to the public, will be held in Room 218, Murdock Hall on the MCLA campus. The event is sponsored by the Office of Academic Affairs and the women's studies program.

Hobson is the assistant professor of women's studies at the University at Albany, and has taught at the university since 2002. Hobson is the author of several articles and writes a blog for Ms. Magazine.
