WILLIAMSTOWN -- The Williamstown Rural Lands Foundation has announced its annual fundraising dinner, "Local Flavors," will take place on Sunday, March 24, beginning at 6 p.m. at Gramercy Bistro, 78 Marshall St., on the Mass MoCA campus.
This year's four-course farm-to-table menu prepared by Chef Alexander Smith will feature a third course cheese tasting led by Brent Wasser, manager of the Williams College Sustainable Food and Agriculture Program.
Wasser will share pairings of three regional cheeses with appropriate wine and cider accompaniments.
The cost of the dinner is $115 per person and $100 for WRLF members, which includes wine and beer. A vegetarian option is available.
