ALL NORTH ADAMS PUBLIC SCHOOLS
MON. -- Breakfast: Cereal with toast. Lunch: Oven roasted chicken, cranberry sauce, pota toes with gravy, broccoli cuts and whole wheat roll.
TUES. -- Breakfast: English muffin sandwich. Lunch: Taco rice bowl (brown rice mixed with refried beans), taco meat, salsa, tossed salad (Romaine lettuce and baby spinach) and pears.
WED. -- Breakfast: Pancakes with syrup. Lunch: Hot dog on wheat roll, vegetarian beans and black eyes peas, sliced carrots and petite banana.
THURS. -- Breakfast: Scrambled eggs in a pocket. Salisbury steak, potato with gravy, winter mix vegetables (broccoli and cauliflower), whole wheat roll and honey dew melon.
FRI. -- Breakfast: Rye toast with jelly. Lunch: Toasted cheese sandwich (whole wheat bread), oven potato, tossed salad (Romaine lettuce and baby spinach) and mixed fruit (peaches, pears and green grapes).
McCANN TECHNICAL HIGH
MON. -- Breakfast: Assorted juices, applesauce and breakfast burrito. Lunch: Crispy chicken & cheese wrap, shredded lettuce & tomato, sweet potato rounds, marinated vegetable and pasta salad and pineapple.
TUES. -- Breakfast: Assorted juices, pineapple bits and French toast with syrup. Lunch: Chili con carne, steamed rice, glazed carrots, cauliflower, corn bread and peaches.
WED. -- Breakfast: Assorted juices, mixed fruit, scrambled eggs with cheese and toast with jelly. Lunch: Chopped beef steak with mush rooms and jus lie, mashed potatoes, broccoli flowerets, wheat bread and applesauce.
THURS. -- Breakfast: Assorted juices, mandarin oranges, assorted cereal and cinnamon buns. Lunch: Cheese ravioli with tomato sauce, mixed green salad with assorted dressing, green beans, wheat bread and fresh mixed fruit.
FRI. -- Breakfast: Assorted juices, assorted fruit, sausage & cheese omelet, home fries and toast with jelly. Lunch: Chicken quesadillas, shredded lettuce & tomato, salsa, refried beans, zucchini & yellow squash and pears.

TUES. -- Build your own pasta (choice of Alfredo or marinara sauces), Italian bread, tossed salad, raw carrots with lowfat ranch dip and fresh fruit salad.
WED. -- Hot dog with chili sauce, tater tots, pickle slices, baked beans and peach fluff.
THURS. -- Breaded pork patty on noodles with gravy, fresh peas, baked sweet potato and applesauce.
FRI. -- Pepperoni pizza, steamed broccoli, tossed salad, pineapple and ice cream.

TUES. -- Homemade soup and a bagel, cream cheese or peanut butter, raw carrots with lowfat ranch dip, fresh fruit salad and butterscotch fudgie.
WED. -- Hot dog with chili sauce, tater tots, pickle slices & chopped onion, baked beans and peach fluff.
THURS. -- Breaded pork patty on noodles with gravy, fresh peas, baked sweet potato and applesauce.
