MANCHESTER CENTER -- Equinox Village is thrilled to partner with local artist and art teacher Tony Conner to offer a fresh set of four art classes to the public in the first half of 2013. Conner has offered a wide array of art classes to Equinox Village residents and the general public for years, but this most recent set of classes are especially suited for beginners.
"I’m really excited about this series of classes," said Tony Conner, the instructor for the classes. "It will give anyone with an interest in art a great introduction to fundamental drawing and painting skills and techniques." The series includes Learn to Draw I, Learn to Draw II, The Easy Way to Watercolor, and Creating Your Own Original Watercolor Greeting Cards. A class list with dates, times, and details regarding what will be covered is below.
Each class includes four sessions. Learn to Draw I begins on Jan. 10 and will continue one-class-per-week through the end of the month. Classes covering other topics will run through the end of May.
Students may register for four sessions at a time for $50 or drop in (as space allows) for individual classes for $15. All of the proceeds from the classes go directly to the instructor.
Those interested in attending can contact Tony at 802-375-5548 or visit http://tonyconner.com/classes-workshops/ for more information about classes and materials.
