Rigatoni a la Vodka
(for 2)
25 to 30 cooked rigatoni noodles in a medium saute pan
1/2 cup diced tomatoes
1/3 cup fresh chopped basil
1/2 cup grated asiago cheese
1 shot vodka
3/4 cup tomato sauce
1/3 cup heavy cream
Heat until bubbly. Sprinkle with Italian parsley and serve.
