The fight for Joe Frazier's Philadelphia gym signals larger cultural shift on what's worth savingOutside of Joe Frazier's Gym in North Philadelphia, the sidewalk is littered with an empty handle of Gordon's gin, a yellow flash of caution tape and scattered pebbles of broken glass. Inside the gym, which isn't a gym anymore, there are couches and mattresses for sale.
