Gingerbread contest set

LENOX — Wheatleigh and Berkshire Grown's fifth annual Gingerbread House Competition and Silent Auction is Sunday from 3 to 5 p.m., at the Lenox Community Center, 65 Walker St.

To participate in the competition, register with Wheatleigh at (413) 637-0610, then bring your gingerbread house to the Lenox Community Center on Sunday. It is free to enter.

The competition and silent auction for the gingerbread houses will begin at 3 p.m.

The public is welcome. Children can decorate gingerbread houses at the event.

A special gala dinner will take place at Wheatleigh to support Share the Bounty at 6 p.m. Reservations are required; dinner is limited to 30 people. The tax-deductible tickets are $150 per person, and all proceeds go to Share the Bounty.
