Co-coaches: David Pugh and Simon Borrett (1st year)

Key returnees: Cav Wolski, Sr., D/MF; Trevor Hathaway, Jr., GK; Sean Baruch, So., F.
The Lenox boys soccer team will have co-head coaches with Pugh and Borrett, the former Lee head coach, at the helm of the Millionaires this season.
With two head coaches, Pugh said he's taking an unconventional approach to what he considers a unique team.
Because the Millionaires are returning such a young team, underclassmen will be looked upon as leaders this season.
Defender/midfielder Wolski is one of six seniors returning and will be one of the main leaders on the team. Junior goalkeeper Hathaway will also be looked upon to provide leadership. Pugh said the junior has really stepped up and embraced his new role on the team.
One newcomer that will be expected to contribute right away is freshman Nico Ciolfi. Ciolfi will play center midfield and was selected as a captain, which is rare for a ninth-grader, Pugh said.
With his leaders positioned in the center of his formations, Pugh said he wants to impact the game from the center out toward the wing.
At the forward position, the Millionaires will look to eighth-grader Nic Baruch along with his brother, sophomore Sean Baruch, to provide goals for the team.
Heading into the season, Pugh is stressing fundamentals and communication from his team. If the young players can excel in those areas, expect improvement from the Millionaires.
