An accident near 147 State St. in North Adams at roughly 5 p.m. on Tuesday was ‘very minor,’ according to North Adams Police Department Sgt. James Foley. He said the collision was caused by one operator’s failure to yield, but both vehicles drove away from the scene and no injuries or major traffic delays resulted.
