NORTH ADAMS -- The following cases were heard in Northern Berkshire District Court on Wednesday:
* Harrison O. Spence, 25, of Herman Avenue in North Adams, was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a license suspended for OUI and operating an unregistered motor vehicle. A pretrial hearing has been scheduled for Nov. 2.
* Thomas H. Perrea Jr., 31, of Marco Drive in Pittsfield, was arraigned on charges of possession of a Class A drug and conspiracy to violate drug law. A pretrial hearing has been scheduled for Nov. 14.
* Chad D. Myers, 33, of Pine Street in Lanesborough, was arraigned on charges of possession of a Class A drug, conspiracy to violate drug law and possession of drug paraphernalia. A pretrial hearing has been scheduled for Oct. 29.
* Joseph Brown, 24, of North Summer Street in Adams, was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and failure to stop or yield. A pretrial hearing has been scheduled for Nov. 9.
* Robert Berard, 26, of Houghton Street in North Adams, was arraigned on charges of distributing a Class A drug and a marked-lanes violation. A pretrial hearing has been scheduled for Nov. 14.
* Amy L. Malloy, 28, of Middle Road in
* Emmett I. Harvin, 38, of Old Williamstown Road in New Ashford, was arraigned on charges of two counts of possession of a firearm without a Firearm Identification Card, two counts of trafficking a Class B drug and single counts of possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony, unsecured firearm and distributing a Class A drug, subsequent offense. The case was continued until Nov. 14, when it is expected to be bound over to Berkshire Superior Court.
