WILLIAMSTOWN -- Joseph Mucha was elected president of the Board of Directors of the Williamstown Boys Club at a meeting last night in the club house. He succeeds Stanley Bubriski. Other officers elected were J. Marvin Gangemi, vice president; Michael Geroulo, secretary; and Harold White, treasurer. John Lesure was retained as executive director. NORTH ADAMS -- A North Adams Air Force reserve officer has received a diploma for completion of a 60-hour course of intelligence fundamentals through the Air Force Extension Course In stitute. He is Maj. Edward Francis of 26 Foucher Ave., who has been an Air Force reservist since he served as a pilot during World War II.

NORTH ADAMS -- Nicho las Flynn of Williamstown has been appointed vice president and assistant treasurer of the Flynn and Dagnoli-Montagna Home for Funerals, 74 Mar shall St. He joined the firm in September 1986 and is a licen sed registered funeral director and embalmer in the state of Massachusetts. Mr. Flynn is the third generation of the Flynn family to be associated with the funeral home.
NORTH ADAMS -- Tara Mahar was chosen queen of the Drury High School Home coming at the homecoming dance. Chosen for the court were Terri Lynn Superneau, Joanna Garner, Kellie Go meau and Erin O’Brien.

NORTH ADAMS -- In Monday Night MCLA Adult Hockey League Action, True North beat Gringo’s, 8-4. Brett Kamenski had a hat trick for True North, while Rob Abel and Jeff Chaput each had two goals and Micah Powell had one. For Gringo’s, Nick Bradley had two goals, while Brian Nye and Mark Breault each had one.
