MANCHESTER, Vt. -- The Ballet Center at Manchester has set performance dates of "The Nutcracker" for Friday, Dec. 21, at 7 p.m., and Saturday, Dec. 22, at 2 p.m., both at Burr and Burton Academy’s Riley Center for the Arts.
Ballet Center’s Artistic Director Marilyn Cavallari said the cast consists of children and adults from the Southern Vermont area. The music is by Peter Ilyich Tchaikovsky.
The snowdate for the Dec. 21 show is Saturday, Dec. 22, at 7 p.m., and the Dec. 22 show has a snowdate of Sunday, Dec. 23, at 2 p.m.
Ticket prices are $18 for adults, $12 for students and $8 for children, 12 and under. Tickets are available at the Manchester Mountain Goat, the Bennington Bookshop, by calling 802-379-0759 or at the box office prior to the performance.
