ADAMS -- The first half of Fiscal Year 2013 Real Estate and Personal Property tax bills will be mailed today, Dec. 10. They are due on or before Jan. 9, 2013.

Interest at the rate of 14 percent will be charged on any bill not paid by the due date. Payment can be made online by visiting www.town.adams.ma.us.

Abatement/Exemption applications are due on or before Jan. 9, 2013, by 4 p.m. at the Assessor's office.

Office hours are from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Town Hall will be closed Mondays, Dec. 24 and 31.
