NORTH ADAMS -- The following cases were heard in Northern Berkshire District Court on Monday:
* Janet E. Skorupski, 28, of Summer Street in Adams, was arraigned on a charge of receiving stolen property valued over $250. A pre-trial hearing has been scheduled for March 21.
* Jaclyn A. Boudreau, 33, of Commercial Street in Adams, was arraigned on charges of Class B drug possession and receiving stolen property valued over $250. A pre-trial hearing has been scheduled for March 21.
* Richard C. Jones III, 28, of Chase Avenue in North Adams, was arraigned on seven counts of larceny over $250, five counts of larceny from a building, three counts of breaking and entering a building at night for a felony, one count of destruction of property valued over $250, one count of trespassing, and one count of breaking and entering a building during the day for a felony. A pre-trial hearing has been scheduled for March 21.
* Juanita C. Boudreau, 30, of Old State Road in Lanesborough, was arraigned on charges of breaking and entering a building at night for a felony, larceny from a building and Class B drug possession. A pre-trial hearing has been scheduled for March 21.
* William L. Irons, 68, of Poirot Road in Florida, was arraigned
* Tory L. Blanchard, 27, of Central Shaft Road in Florida was arraigned on charges of leaving the scene of property damage, operating an uninsured motor vehicle and operating an unregistered motor vehicle. A bench trial has been scheduled for April 11.
Warrants were issued for the following people:
* Jeffrey K. Rawson, 30, of Phillips Hill in Adams, on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, operating an uninsured motor vehicle and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration.
* Joshua T. Cooper, 25, of Houghton Street in North Adams, on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and an inspection-sticker violation.
* Rebecca Worden, 38, of Big Rock Way in Stephentown, N.Y., on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and a lights violation.
