NORTH ADAMS -- Cub Scout Pack 60 of Greylock met Friday at Brayton School for the monthly pack meeting. Awards were presented as follows: Bobcat pins -- Michael Rondeau and Stephen Betti; wolf badges -- Bruce Barbeau, David Duda and Richard Estes; bear -- Daniel Billings and Michael Ponti; and lion -- Charles Worcester. ADAMS -- The second annual model car contest sponsored by Smith’s Studio was judged last night and six winners were awarded plaques and medals. The junior class winners were Richard Charron of North Adams and David Clarkson and Michael Bour don of Adams. The senior class winners were Craig Ruebesam, Allan Douglas and Arthur Fortin, all of Adams.

NORTH ADAMS -- Air Force Tech Sgt. Linda Cool man, daughter of Nelson and Erma Foster of Rural Route 2, has participated in "Team Spirit ‘87," a Republic of Korea/ Unit ed States Combined Forces Com mand sponsored exercise held in South Korea. She is a medical service technician with the 655th Tactical Hospital in Japan.
ADAMS -- The race for the Parks Commission has two incumbents and a newcomer vying for two seats. Richard Kalisz of 12 Cherry St., has been a commissioner for one year and George LeSage of 21 East St., has served for three years. Dana Middlebrook is new to the Adams political scene.

NORTH ADAMS -- North Adams Lodge 487 has named Nicole Lora, Laura Kolesar and Christopher Bernardi students of the month for March. Lora is a senior at Drury High School. Kolesar is a senior at Mt. Greylock. Bernardi is a senior at McCann Technical School.
