Northern Berkshire District Court

NORTH ADAMS -- The following cases were heard in Northern Berkshire District Court on Tuesday:

* Aaron F. Brassard, 22, of Wells Road in Cheshire, was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, and failure to stop or yield. A pretrial hearing has been scheduled for June 25.

* Nicholas E. Bushey, 20, of Crane Place in Dalton, was arraigned on a charge of destruction of property under $250. A pretrial hearing has been scheduled for June 5.

Warrants were issued for the following people:

* Justin J. Mayotte, 25, of Brayton Hill in North Adams, on charges of speeding in violation of a special regulation and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license.
