NORTH ADAMS -- The following cases were heard at Northern Berkshire District Court on Wednesday:
* Lisa M. Gosselin, 39, of 3rd Avenue in Silvis, Ill., was arraigned on a charge of failing to return leased personalty. A pretrial hearing has been scheduled for Oct. 3.
* Holly A. Dix, 22, of Commercial Street in Adams, was arraigned on charges of assault and battery, and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon. A pretrial hearing has been scheduled for Oct. 3.
* Matthew A. Lansing, 25, of Union Street in North Adams, was arraigned on charges of assault and battery, witness intimidation and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. A pretrial hearing has been scheduled for Aug. 27.
* Derek J. Cady, 28, of North Adams, was arraigned on a charge of shoplifting by concealed merchandise. A pretrial hearing has been scheduled for Sept. 12.
Warrants were issued for the following people:
* Scott D. McGuire, 36, of Columbia Street in Adams, on a charge of possession of a Class A drug.
* Richard R. Perras, 52, of Spring Street in North Adams, on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration and operating an uninsured motor vehicle.
