NORTH ADAMS -- The following cases were heard in Northern Berkshire District Court on Tuesday:
* Toby E. Walton, 32, of Florence Street in Dalton, was arraigned on charges of two counts trespassing and single counts of vandalizing property, larceny over $250 and larceny under $250. A pretrial hearing has been scheduled for Oct. 31.
* Omar A. Lopez, 20, of Brayton Hill Terrace in North Adams, was arraigned on charges of assault with a dangerous weapon and malicious destruction of property over $250. A pretrial hearing has been scheduled for Oct. 16.
* James B. Clary, 45, of Pomeroy Avenue in Pittsfield, was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, subsequent offense, and missing registration sticker. A pretrial hearing has been scheduled for Dec. 7.
* Virginia L. Romett, 53, of Columbia Street in Adams, was arraigned on a charge of larceny by check over $250. A pretrial hearing has been scheduled for Sept. 24.
Warrants were issued for the following people:
* Colin M. Grimm, 36, of Lanesboro Road in Cheshire, on a charge of malicious damage to a motor vehicle.
* Ryan Lesnik, 26, of East Hoosac Street in Adams, on charges of operating a motor vehicle with
* Bruce D. Romano, 22, of Circular Avenue in Pittsfield, on a charge of violating an abuse-prevention order.
