NORTH ADAMS -- The following cases were heard in Northern Berkshire District Court on Wednesday:
* Josh A. Cote, 26, of Lime Street in Adams, was ar raigned on a charge of assault and battery. A pretrial hearing has been scheduled for Oct. 15.
* Bryan E. Lillie, 25, of Grove Street in Adams, was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor, subsequent offense, and a marked-lanes violation. A pretrial hearing has been scheduled for Oct. 15.
* James W. Remillard, 43, of Pines Lodge Park in Williamstown, was arraigned on a charge of assault and battery. A pretrial hearing has been scheduled for Oct. 30.
* Richard J. Digennaro, 44, of State Road in North Adams, admitted to sufficient facts and was found guilty on a charge of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor, third offense. Digen naro was sentenced to one year in a house of correction.
* Emily Brandom, 26, of State Street in North Adams, admitted to sufficient facts and was found guilty on three counts of distributing a Class B drug. Brandom was sentenced to one year in a house of correction, with 127 days to be served.
