NORTH ADAMS -- The Visiting Nurse Association & Hospice of Northern Berk shire will offer several public health clinics in the region in October.
The clinics include blood pressure and blood sugar screening, medication re views, heights and weights, and health teaching.
Public health clinics are offered Tuesdays and Thurs days, Oct. 16, 18 and 30 and Nov. 1, from 3 to 4 p.m., at the VNA & Hospice’s new headquarters, 99 Hospital Ave., on the campus of North Adams Regional Hospital.
In Adams, clinics will be held at Valley Street Apart ments, Thursday, Oct. 11, from 10 to 11 a.m.; at Millhouse Apartments, Wed nesday, Oct. 17, from 10 to 11 a.m.; and at the new Adams Council on Aging facility, Wednesday, Oct. 24, from 10 to 11 a.m.
In North Adams: Village East, Tuesday, Oct. 9, from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m.; St. Joseph’s Court, Wednesday, Oct. 10, from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m.; Holy Family, Wed nesday, Oct. 10, from 11 a.m. to noon; and the Spitzer Center, Thursday, Oct. 18, from 9 to 11 a.m.
