NORTH ADAMS -- The following cases were heard in Northern Berkshire District Court on Tuesday:

* Joshua J. Little, 39, of Main Road in Monroe, admitted to sufficient facts and was found guilty on a charge of receiving stolen property over $250. Little was fined $625 and ordered to pay $799 in restitution.

* William Beaudry Jr., 44, of Eagle Street in North Adams, admitted to sufficient facts and was found guilty on a charge of larceny under $250. Beaudry was fined $115 and ordered to pay $85 in restitution.

* Sid E. Dudley, 40, of Howland Avenue in Adams, had charges of possession of a Class A drug, possession of a Class B drug, conspiracy to violate drug law and being present where heroin is kept dismissed by the court. Dudley will be indicted and arraigned on the charges in Berkshire Superior Court in Pittsfield.

* Nita Gomes, 18, of Howland Avenue in North Adams, had charges of two counts of possession of a Class A drug and single counts of possession of a Class B drug, conspiracy to violate drug law and being present where heroin is kept dismissed by the court. Gomes will be indicted and arraigned on the charges in Berkshire Superior Court in Pittsfield.

* Stephen J. Sitton III, 37, of Adams Street in Hartford, Conn., had charges of

possession of a Class A drug, possession of a Class B drug, conspiracy to violate drug laws and being present where heroin is kept dismissed by the court. Sitton will be indicted and arraigned on the charges in Berkshire Superior Court in Pittsfield.

The following cases were heard in Northern Berkshire District Court on Wednesday:

* William R. Malloy Jr., 33, of Dover Street in North Adams, was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and a number-plate violation. A pretrial hearing has been scheduled for Jan. 4.

* Richard R. Perras Jr., 28, of Spring Street in Adams, admitted to sufficient facts and was found guilty on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor, subsequent offense and negligent operation of a motor vehicle and responsible on a charge of a marked-lanes violation. Perras was given probation until Oct. 3, 2014 and fined $1,200.

* Michael G. Wescott, 37, of Charles Street in North Adams, was arraigned on a charge of larceny over $250. A pretrial hearing has been scheduled for Nov. 13.

* Robert A. Potvin, 48, of Charles Street in North Adams, was arraigned on charges of two counts of assault and battery. A pretrial hearing has been scheduled for Nov. 2.

* John F. Alfonso II, 32, of Murray Street in Adams, admitted to sufficient facts and was found guilty on a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license. Alfonso was given probation until Oct. 2, 2013 and fined $200.

* Aubrey L. Gross, 24, of Blackinton Street in North Adams, was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and a miscellaneous motor vehicle equipment violation. A pretrial hearing has been scheduled for Nov. 21.

A warrant was issued for the following person:

* Lloyd A. Vanderberg, 50, of New Street in North Adams, on two counts uttering a false check.
