NORTH ADAMS -- The following cases were heard in Northern Berkshire District Court on Friday:
* Nathan R. Tatro, 39, of Barth Street North Adams, was arraigned on two counts violating an abuse-prevention order. A pretrial hearing has been scheduled for Nov. 27.
* Constance L. Rock, 48, of Rand Street in Bennington, Vt., was arraigned on charges of operating an uninsured motor vehicle, operating an unregistered motor vehicle and a number-plate violation. A pretrial hearing has been scheduled for Nov. 19.
* Jason R. Shaffrick, 20, of Greylock Avenue in North Adams, admitted to sufficient facts and was found guilty on a charge of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor. Shaffrick was fined $350, and given probation until Oct. 25, 2013 and a 210 day loss of license.
