Volunteers sort donated goods into categories on Saturday in Adams before making their way to New Jersey to help those affected by Hurricane Sandy.

Wayne Piaggi is planning to collect items at the Adams Forest Wardens building on North Summer Street in Adams this coming weekend, Saturday and Sunday, from 9 a.m. to noon.

Piaggi will deliver a 53-foot-long tractor trailer's worth of goods to Neptune, N.J., on Monday, Nov. 19.
