NORTH ADAMS -- The following cases were heard in Northern Berkshire District Court on Wednesday:
* Gerard M. Young, 32, of Hoosac Street in North Adams, admitted to sufficient facts on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor and failure to keep right for an oncoming motor vehicle. Young was fined $600, given a 45-day loss of license and probation until Feb. 12, 2014.
* Jennifer B. Carrigan, 36, of Bonair Avenue in North Adams, was arraigned on charges of 20 counts forgery of check, 19 counts of uttering a false check, one count of larceny over $250 and one count of larceny over $250 by a single scheme. A pretrial hearing has been scheduled for April 17.
Warrants were issued for the following people:
* Robert A. Bushika, 29, of Bracewell Avenue in North Adams, on a charge of receiving stolen property over $250.
* Brittany L. Dellaghelfa, 23, of Mill Street in Adams, on charges of larceny over $250 and credit card fraud over $250.
