NORTH ADAMS - The following cases were heard in Northern Berkshire District Court on Monday:
Jessica L. Cwalinski, 25, of Mohawk Forest Boulevard in North Adams was arraigned on charges of assault and battery and assault with a dangerous weapon. A pretrial hearing has been scheduled for April 17.
Philip D. Gauthier, 22, of Church Street in North Adams was arraigned on a charge of disorderly conduct. A pretrial hearing has been scheduled for April 15.
Billy J. Piantoni, 33, Whittlesley Avenue in North Adams was arraigned on a charge of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor, a number plate violation and improper operation of a motor vehicle. A pretrial hearing has been scheduled for April 5.
Michael R. Delisle, 25, of Barth Street in North Adams was arraigned on a charge of shoplifting by concealed merchandise. A pretrial hearing has been scheduled for April 5.
Joseph M. Cote, 51, of Richview Avenue in North Adams admitted to sufficient facts on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration and operating an uninsured motor vehicle. Cote was fined $50 and the case was continued without a finding until April 5.
Grant W. Ames Jr., 27, of Tyler Street in North Adams was arraigned on a charge of shoplifting by concealed merchandise. A pretrial hearing has been scheduled for April 1.
Alivia Palmer, 21, of April Lane in Pittsfield was arraigned on charges of operating a
