Question: The MCLA Center for Science and Innovation just opened. How do you think this new building is beneficial to the college?
"I haven't been in the new Science Center yet because I'm a freshman, but it looks really cool from the outside. I am excited to see it."
Courtney McKeever, MCLA freshman, Adams
"I think the Science Center is awesome and a great addition to the campus. My science major friends are pumped about it. Overall I think it's an awesome expansion to the campus. Bigger is always better.
Morgan Fryer-McCulloch, MCLA sophomore, Boston
"I just had a class in the Science Center recently. Everything looks real professional and new. That kind of addition to the campus will attract attention and students looking to come here will see that the school is the real deal."
Guss Zagarella, MCLA senior, Ipswich
"Once all the renovations are done I think the campus will be really nice. With the Science Center and the planned renovations on Bowman Hall, the campus will really be changing both will be huge assets to the campus."
Amanda Olsen, MCLA senior, Georgetown
"I love the new Science Center. I'm physics major and the old physics classes in Bowman Hall didn't cut it. It was nice to go into the new place and have new undented tables, plenty of outlets, and moveable whiteboards so you don't lose all your notes at the end of class. Overall it works much better."
Will Herrero, MCLA senior, Poughkeepsie, N.Y.
"I really like the Science Center. I feel like because it's really new and has new technology, which will help students focus more. It was less exciting in the old science building."
Zack Page, MCLA sophomore, Lowell
