Your professionalism and friendly candor and quick response in my state of emergency has left me with a secure feeling. A neighbor's pipe had burst, sending water into the ground and into my basement. If it wasn't for your quick response, I would've lost my oil burner and water heater.
I would urge the families in North Adams to support your fire department. They save not just property, but lives, and in doing so, put their lives in danger. It takes a brave, special person in order to carry out this type of job.
