NORTH ADAMS -- The McCann Tech baseball team came in Thursday afternoon ready to take on Smith Academy, the No. 1 team in the division, and give them a run for their money. The latter part of the statement was true, but the Hornets ultimately fell 5-3 at Joe Wolfe Field.
